Freshman Retreat
This year’s Freshman Retreat was held at Southern Pines Camp on Mount Lemmon from September 9-11. The theme was “UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Laying the Foundations of a Good Collegiate Spirituality.” The retreat explored the 4 Pillars of Dominican Life (Community, Study, Prayer, and Service) as a spirituality for college students.
For future Freshmen, the retreat is a great time to get away from campus and the heat, get to know other freshman, hear from older students, and enrich your own spirituality.
